I received a faulty item

If your item arrives to you in a damaged state, please just pop us an email to hello@justfaceit.com and we will get this sorted for you. We will ask you for a photo to show us this damage, just so we can check it! Reprints like this are usually shipped within 4 days of them being flagged to our printing team.

If the issue is not flagged to us within 30 days of the order being marked as delivered then we can no longer provide a refund or reprint for you.
